Marsha Belcher

I am the Fund Development Administrator for Community Action Foundation of Northern Illinois. The Foundation was founded in 2013 to address the growing need for the private sector and local stakeholders to partner with Community Action Partnership of Lake County to assist struggling families as they return to self-sufficiency.

Fund development is central to our approach to supporting the mission of Community Action. As we work to build a network of donors, we continue to seek a variety of giving opportunities for the philanthropic community in Lake County.
