In celebration of our youth and future innovative leaders, Employee Connections will be hosting its first annual “Future Innovative Leaders of Lake County Gala” on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Encore Events in Wadsworth, IL. Our Gala will feature the innovative talents of our Lake County youth with highlight recognitions of our program sponsors, supporters, employer partners and awards presentations. We invite you to attend our Gala and help support our youth and the program and services we offer to help them obtain their education and career goals
